I found Olde Townem- through a contactor at work who has a contact in Denver. I have a rental house in Littleton and living out of state, it is very hard to find trustworthy companies that will charge you a fair price because you are not there to check the work or hours performed. Ryan was extremely prompt in getting back to me and getting to the house to repair the swamp cooler. He was extremely professional to my renters and to me. He called me to go over the scope of the work and he got it done quickly and his pricing was by far the most competitive and fair that I have seen. It was so refreshing to work with such an honest company!! Thank you OT!
